Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

  • Please note that processing times may be extended during peak seasons, promotions, or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 5–10 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–5 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days (depending on destination and customs clearance)

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Aleah’s Diaries is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, or customs.

Shipping Carriers

We ship primarily through trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. The carrier will be selected based on the best option for your location and delivery speed.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your package.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship within the United States and to select international destinations.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information is accurate at checkout. Aleah’s Diaries is not liable for lost packages due to incorrect shipping details.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

Aleah’s Diaries is not responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Aleah’s Diaries is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.
